Nasal Rinse & Irrigations

Step By Step Guide


1. Pour the contents of one sachet into the nasal wash squeeze bottle
2. Add lukewarm water that has been previously boiled to the bottle up to the indicated line
3. Attach the cap and tube to the bottle and secure tightly
4. Shake the bottle gently until the powder is fully dissolved
5. Over a basin, insert the cap into your right nostril, pointing it towards the back of your head
6. Squeeze the bottle gently in a pulsing action
7. Remove the bottle from your nose before releasing your hand pressure to prevent contamination of the remaining solution.
8. Allow about half of the solution to flow through your nasal passages and out of your left nostril
(It’s normal for a small amount of solution to enter your throat, but it’s not harmful.)
9. Repeat this process with your left nostril using the remaining solution
10. Blow your nose if needed after you’re finished
11. Discard any leftover solution if you don’t plan on using it within 2 hours

  • Distilled or sterile water, boiled and cooled tap water and tap water passed through a filter with an absolute pore size of 1 micron or smaller are safe to be used for nasal rinse or irrigation
  • Always wash your hands before and after applications
  • Use this nasal wash once or twice daily for optimal results

  • Let them air dry after wash
  • Do not share the bottle with other people
